Why did you get into teaching? All aspects of education have interested me. Behavior analysis has allowed me to critically analyze how we can create an environment that supports student learning.
Why did you choose special education? Special education has always been of interest to me because of the unique challenges each student brings a whole new set of challenges and inspires you to be creative in how you educate and support the students you serve.
What keeps you motivated? I think it’s amazing to look at the growth and success of our students. I love to see the results and hear from parents that they positive outcomes.
